Fantastic views, location, atmosphere, service and staff!! We had a room with a view to the lake and it was amazing to wake up and see it every morning or relax on the terrace at the end of the day. The location is top - 7 min from the center and the lake promenade, so a pleasure to walk out for dinner but tucked away from the town noise. The lift and bus stop are also a minute away. The summer card is a big plus. The rooms are cosy, clean, every detail is well thought of and comfortable. The breakfast is lovely, nutritious and delicious! The chef remembered our choice and made sure we got the kind of omelette we liked. Elena came to welcome us in our own language the first day and was kind company every morning. Lilly was gentle and delicate and quietly made sure to remember our coffee choices and made sure we didn’t have to ask. By the fifth day we noticed the lively and homey atmosphere spread even between the guests. In the evening the pool was wonderful for me and the sauna really hot, I appreciated it after a long day on the mountains. And finally, our hosts Elisabeth and Stefan - so welcoming, efficient and kind!! My communication with Elisabeth was like I was connected to the lamp gene from the Aladdin fairy tale! The moment I touched the chat screen with a question or a request Elisabeth would magically appear like a gene and sort it for me! I don’t think i have seen anyone so easygoing, open and hardworking at the same time! I can imagine why many of their staff had been with them for 15+ years and why guests love them. So many things made us feel warm and relaxed, at home! Thank you!

Walking distance to the city center (5 minutes) and next to one or the cable cars. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was excellent! The room was spacious and the bathroom modern with everything I needed. The summercard is a big bonus and saves you a lot of money if you plan on doing some things in the area. Almost all the cable cars are free in both Zell am See and Kaprun and many of the gorges as well!

Our stay was magical! We were in awe from the minute we arrived and we were sad to leave. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and so welcoming. The accommodation was perfect and so clean and well maintained. Our hosts invited us to go to a professional ice hockey game of the Zell em See team and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The hosts organised for the team to sign a jersey for my son who was overwhelmed with the hosts kindness and is having the signed jersey framed. The breakfasts were excellent and the dining room was beautifully set out/decorated; our hosts booked evening meals for us in Zell em See at places they recommended which resulted in us having incredible dining experiences. We loved everything about the Hotel, the facilities and our hosts from the minute we arrived until our hosts dropped us off at the train station to start our journey back to Australia. We had a magnificent time and we are planning to go back there. We highly recommend this Hotel with its amazing facilities and hosts. 10/10👍

Very friendly staff throughout our stay. Room was spacious with a balcony. Good shower room. We had breakfast on the decking and it was great. Normal range of yogurts, fruit, nuts. Eggs made to order. Smoked salmon. Great coffee. Had a summer card which gave us a free lake trip. Pool indoors and was great. There is also an outdoor seating area off the pool as well as inside. Sweets and energy bars free at reception. Lift went to the lower ground for parking. Close to restaurants. Near to ski lifts for winter stays.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was perfect..great location, very helpful and nice staff, wellness, nice rooms The included summer card is great bonus! We used it every day (for cable cars, the boat trip,..) and saved a lot of money. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is located just a few steps (300 meters) from the city center. The room is modern, spacious, and very clean. Breakfast was also great.I really liked the pool and saunas. It was very relaxing.But the best thing about this hotel was the host, Elizabeth. She made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the hotel. She can recommend the best things to do there, was always helpful, and even offered to close the pool and spa a little bit later so we could enjoy them after the long ride.If you want to enjoy your stay in a modern hotel with a family atmosphere, this is the perfect choice.

The staff was great and everyone was making sure I had a pleasant stay. The location was optimal for daytrips to the mountains as well as evening strolls in the city and down by the lake. Enjoyed myself very much!

Location is directly on the lift and the hotel can be accessed directly from the slopes. Very central and walking distance to the center and very good restaurants. Amazing hosts, very heartfelt and attentive. Excellent team, excellent breakfast, very nice and comfortable rooms.

Elisabeth and Stefan were amazing hosts and made us both feel welcome the whole time. The hotel is beautiful and has amazing views of the lake. Also, super easy to find and really close to everything in the town that you’d need! A perfect stay!!!

An exceptional family atmosphere. You can feel the strong bond among the staff, who work together like one big family. Unforgettable was the time spent with Duško, the hotel maintenance worker, who has been working at the hotel for more than 30 years, as has his wife.
